Learn about the mystery and mythology of space. Through experiments and projects, explore the universe, from the Sun to the outer edges of the galaxy. Find out how telescopes work. Experiment with radio waves to simulate if there really is anybody out there. Perform tests on rocks to discover their mineral “recipes.” Is the moon really made of green cheese?
Mrs. Joan Batson will teach this exciting science enrichment series to explore the cosmos. We will perform hands-on experiments and activities, including constructing constellations and simulating the distance between planets!
